Are you on your road to financial freedom in 2015

Please don't hit yourself too hard on the back-

You are not alone ,You are probably one in a million that DID set up a goal to achieve financial freedom by the End of 2014.

So now that you are still in debt,cant make it through the month and you still have a mountain of bills to pay.

Three things that you can do to gain financial freedom in 2015

1-I regard this as the initial step to financial freedom.

Writing down the reasons why you want to be financial free.What is financial freedom worth to you.

What does it mean to be financial free to you as a person?What would you do,What places would you go,How would you bring your dreams to pass if you were financial free.

2-Saving.

Living within your means and saving at least a tenth of your monthly earnings.How much would you be worth before the end of 2015 if you could only save a tenth of your monthly earnings.

Nomatter how much you make in a month or the fact that you have multiple streams of income Don't neglect Saving.

Discipline yourself to live within your means.Learn to deal with your emotions in order to restrain yourself from unneccessary impulsive buying.

And now the festive season is almost over -That inner joy seems to be fading away day by Day.

The day is approaching when you have to work up to that Job again.Uuum what a feeling!

So you don’t like your job, but hey, who does? And, it pays good money.

But what if your job is making you miserable, negatively impacting your health, wellbeing, relationships and more? Maybe it’s time for a rethink. Here’s ten signs that indicate you should consider a change…

1. You have a burning desire to do something else.

You might know exactly what you’d what you want to do, but just don’t know how to turn it into a reality.
It could be that you feel you don’t have the qualifications or the experience to go after it. Or maybe you’ve decided that you’re not ready, or the risks are too great. Alternatively, you may have some ideas about what you want, perhaps to work in a particular field, or to run your own business, for instance, but haven’t figured out the specifics of what you’d do.

2. Sunday night blues are like a black cloud of overwhelm

You’ve managed to relax a bit during Friday evening and Saturday, but the dread of Monday is already looming when you open your eyes on Sunday morning. You push it aside and get through the day trying to be chirpy for your loved ones, but you’re becoming irritable and withdrawn. By teatime, you’re checking emails and worrying over the week ahead, and all the chores that need doing before Monday morning become a huge headache. You might even turn into Mumzilla!

3-You are becoming a clock watcher.

For you, time probably passes really slowly at work. An hour can seem like a day and you probably lose count of the number of times that you look at your watch or the big dreary clock on the office wall.

From time to time we may all get bored at work. In the main though, if we are in the right job, we are often engaged, motivated, and caught up in the moment. In fact, time can actually pass exceptionally quickly when you are really focused on a piece of work or job task. If you never experience this sensation, then what does this say about you.

4-Even if your salary could be doubled you would still want to get out of that job.

If you are still left feeling cold about your job, even in a scenario where they offered to double your salary, then it is likely that you are severely lacking job satisfaction. This takes many forms – sometimes it is a lack of work, too much work or just the wrong type of work. If you don’t get pleasure from the things you do at work and you allow this to continue, this can end up causing you unhappiness in your personal life as well.

Two things i do in order to be productive online:

The freedom of working online can be a threat to productivity-Hence most people struggle to be get taungible results.How do you get productive when you work most of your time on the internet.

The usual distractors.

#1-Social Media Sites.

Big culprit

Separating your leisure time from work,

Before you start your computer/laptop,Its good to ask yourself:

Is this work or play time.

Avoid unnecessary visits to social media platforms such as Facebook,Twitter,Instagram.

This include chatrooms and video sharing sites such as Youtube.

#2-Emails

You probably waiting for that special email that can pop in at any time.

Now there is a temptation to consistently open and scroll down a bunch of emails time and again.

You probably going to waste an hour or two reading through unnecessary junk.

#3-Distractive Links

When doing a research you might find yourself diverting from the route because of luring links in the search.

Keep your focus- Know what you are looking for,better write down your keyword before you start the research.

TIP:

Keeping a to do list and jotting down all the task you want to perform for the day.

Two things i started doing in order to be productive online:

-Read my emails twice in a day, in the morning and before i go to sleep.

-Visit my social media platfoms only twice in a day-cool,

Unless of course, its something i have planned and its in my to do list.
